The 20-yard is great for medium projects like flooring removal or roof tear-off. Larger projects such as whole-house cleanouts or major construction work typically require a 30 or 40-yard container. We accept most common construction and demolition debris including:

• Household junk and debris
• Wood, drywall and flooring materials
• Roofing materials
• Furniture and mattresses
• Yard waste (limited quantities)

Prohibited items include hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids, paints, tires, batteries, and appliances with refrigerants. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.

Our standard rental period is 7-10 days depending on the dumpster size. If you need the dumpster for a longer period, additional fees may apply. We offer flexible rental periods to accommodate your project timeline - just let us know your needs when you order and we'll work with you.

We'll place the dumpster in your driveway or another flat, stable surface on your property. For placement on the street, you may need a permit from your local municipality - we can help guide you through this process if needed. Please ensure there's adequate space (about 12 feet of overhead clearance and enough room for our truck to maneuver). Let us know about any placement concerns when you order.

Our pricing varies based on several factors including:

• Dumpster size (10, 20, 30, or 40 yards)
• Rental duration (standard 7-10 days included)
• Type of materials being disposed
• Your location within our service area

We typically offer same-day or next-day delivery for most of New Braunfels and surrounding areas, depending on availability and when you place your order. For guaranteed delivery dates, we recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

If you fill your dumpster before your rental period ends, simply give us a call to schedule an early pickup. We'll arrange to swap it out for an empty one if needed, or simply haul away the full container. Additional fees may apply for extra service calls.

You don't need to be present as long as:

• The delivery location is clearly marked and accessible
• There are no overhead obstructions (wires, tree limbs, etc.)
• The surface is firm and level (no soft ground or steep slopes)
• Any required permits have been obtained
