Dumpster Sizes & Pricing

The size of dumpster you need depends on the type and amount of materials you're disposing. Our 10-yard dumpster is ideal for small projects like a single room cleanout or small bathroom remodel. The 20-yard is great for medium projects like flooring removal or roof tear-off. Larger projects such as whole-house cleanouts or major construction work typically require a 30 or 40-yard container. If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll help you determine the right size.

We accept most common construction and demolition debris including:

• Household junk and debris
• Wood, drywall and flooring materials
• Roofing materials
• Furniture and mattresses
• Yard waste (limited quantities)

Prohibited items include hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids, paints, tires, batteries, and appliances with refrigerants. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.

Our standard rental period is 7-10 days depending on the dumpster size. If you need the dumpster for a longer period, additional fees may apply. We offer flexible rental periods to accommodate your project timeline - just let us know your needs when you order and we'll work with you.

We'll place the dumpster in your driveway or another flat, stable surface on your property. For placement on the street, you may need a permit from your local municipality - we can help guide you through this process if needed. Please ensure there's adequate space (about 12 feet of overhead clearance and enough room for our truck to maneuver). Let us know about any placement concerns when you order.
